License terms renew annually. Renewal can be turned off at any time from your account dashboard. If the license expires without renewal, the library can no longer be used until it is renewed.
To upgrade from any tier to a higher tier (for example, Single User → Ten User, or Ten User → Enterprise), you pay only the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the current term. Contact sales to request an upgrade.
Within 7 days of the original purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting sales. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but downgrade and upgrade options remain as described above.
The same tier is priced in either USD or CNY. The currency presented at checkout is determined by your billing country; the underlying feature set and restrictions are identical across currencies.
All paid tiers include email support with a 1-business-day response target on weekdays. Bug reports are prioritized and typically patched within a release cycle.
Enterprise tier includes a dedicated support channel with direct access to the maintainers, plus priority bug fixes.
Email support is free for all paid customers for one year from the date of purchase. After the first year, Single User and Ten User licenses can be renewed together with the license term to continue support.
