NetCorePpt Terms of Service
This agreement governs your access to and use of the pptxgen.net website and any NetCorePpt licenses you purchase through it. The grant of rights for each license tier is set out in the Software License Agreement.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing pptxgen.net (the "Website") or purchasing a NetCorePpt license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase a license. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
NetCorePpt is a software library for generating PowerPoint presentations in .NET applications. The Website provides product information, a free evaluation build, usage examples, and an online store for annual licenses (Trial, Single User, Ten User, and Enterprise).
3. Licenses
All grants, restrictions, and scope-of-use rules for each license tier are defined in the Software License Agreement, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
4. Payments and taxes
Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record for orders placed on this Website. Prices are shown in USD and/or CNY and may change at any time before an order is completed. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law; otherwise applicable taxes are added at checkout.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and applies to all purchases unless an Enterprise agreement states otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Website, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with its operation; (b) scrape or harvest content or personal data at scale; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software except as expressly permitted by your license tier; or (d) use the software to build a product that competes with NetCorePpt.
7. Intellectual property
NetCorePpt, the Website, and all related content are owned by the operator of this Website and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. PptxGen.js is licensed under the MIT License by its respective authors; NetCorePpt is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the PptxGen.js project.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software and Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising out of or relating to the software or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or a purchased license if you materially breach these Terms or the License Agreement. Sections 7 and 8 survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this Website is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

5. 退款

6. 合理使用
你承诺不：(a) 滥用本网站、破坏其安全或干扰其运行；(b) 大规模抓取内容或个人数据；(c) 除授权档位明确允许外，转售、转授权或再分发软件；(d) 利用软件开发与 NetCorePpt 构成竞争的产品。
7. 知识产权
NetCorePpt、本网站及相关内容归本网站运营方所有，受著作权及其他知识产权法律保护。PptxGen.js 由其作者按 MIT 许可证授权；NetCorePpt 为独立实现，与 PptxGen.js 项目无隶属或背书关系。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
软件与本网站按"现状"提供，不附任何明示或默示担保（包括对特定用途适用性的担保）。在法律允许的最大范围内，运营方就软件或本条款承担的全部责任以你在索赔前十二个月内实际支付的授权费用为限，且不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。
9. 终止
如你严重违反本条款或许可协议，我们可暂停或终止你对本网站或已购授权的使用。第 7、8 条在终止后继续有效。
10. 变更
我们可能不时更新本条款，上方"最后更新"日期即当前版本。重大变更将在本网站公布；变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。
11. 适用法律
本条款适用本网站运营方所在司法辖区的法律。你所在国家/地区的强制性消费者保护权利不受影响。
