1. 7-day money-back guarantee

For Single User and Ten User licenses, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. We ask that you tell us briefly why the product did not work for you — this helps us improve — but you do not need to prove a defect.

2. How to request a refund

• Email support@pptxgen.net with the email address used at purchase and the order number (shown in your Paddle receipt);
• We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and, once confirmed, submit the refund through Paddle;
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Effect of a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and must stop being used, including in products you have already shipped. You should remove the library from your applications or purchase a new license.

4. Exceptions

• Trial licenses are free of charge, so no refunds apply.
• Enterprise licenses are governed by the individually signed agreement.
• Automatic renewals are refundable in full if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge and the license has not been used since renewal.
• Refunds may be refused for evident abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including Paddle's own buyer-terms policies.
